Overall, a very good service and it was a very fun night. I can’t give a perfect score to Service and Responsiveness for a couple minor reasons.
For Quality of Service, the dinner music started out on the wrong style and not many songs from a list I compiled were played throughout the night. This had to do with some minor email communication issues.
For Responsiveness, to be honest, was somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes it was immediate, but other times it took several attempts to get in contact, which can be a little un-easing when so many big things have to fall into place at a wedding.
Professionalism, Value and Flexibility were all top notch.
Don’t get me wrong, I do have some minor criticisms noted above, but this was a fantastic service overall. Ultimately we hired them to throw us a great party and our assigned DJ, Josh Landowski, gave us just that. He was on time, dressed well, and acted very professionally throughout the night. I let him know about the incorrect dinner music, and he immediately got it on track. He kept the dance floor full all night, even recovering from a set of Weird Al my wife and I requested (apparently none of the other guests appreciate Weird Al’s brilliance). The dance floor was packed right up until midnight, upon which he offered to keep playing, free of charge. Too bad the venue shut us down at about 12:20am. Easily the busiest wedding dance floor I’ve seen from 11:00pm onward.
